Thank you to everyone to took the time and effort to submit an application to the IPS's COVID-19 mini-grant call. We received 45 proposals from all around the world which were reviewed by a members of IPS's COVID-19 Task Force. Due to the number and quality
of these proposals, the IPS decided to allocate additional funds so that we could award 14 mini-grants. This is four more than the 10 we had originally announced.
I would also like to remind you that applications to the IAU's Office of Astronomy for Development's call for COVID-19 related proposals are due tomorrow (Friday, May 15th).
