IPS 2022: St Petersburg, Russia

IPS Council on Sunday June 23 voted to award the bid for the IPS 2022 Conference to Planetarium 1 in St Petersburg, Russia.Council is meeting this weekend in Reykjavík, Iceland.

More details, of course, will be shared in the new future.

Council expressed sincere appreciation to Carolyn Sumners from the Houston Museum of Natural Science for its equally strong bid presentation. 

Please be aware that It was an extremely difficult decision. Council considered the concerns of all facets of the IPS community, trying to balance the needs of each with the needs of IPS as a society.
