IPS enters agreement with Xuyi in China

Xuyi county in China's Jiangsu province has signed an agreement with the IPS to cooperate in Xuyi becoming an astronomy-themed tourist site. IPS President Shawn Laatsch ‍spoke at the recent signing ceremony in Xuyi.
