About Ignacio:

Ignacio Pinal has been the IPS Affiliate representative for AMPAC for the past 20 years. He currently collaborates for The United States-Mexico Foundation for Science, in charge of High School STEM Education Programs. He collaborated for 30 years at the Museo Tecnológico de C.F.E. (Technology Museum and Planetarium), which is currently closed for renovation.

Any planetarium in Mexico may apply for AMPAC membership and so far, according to our records and the IPS Planetarium Directory, there are 42 planetariums in Mexico, small to large, including portables.
