Before entry into China, foreigners should check the validity of your visa. If the visa has expired or the number of entries is not enough, you must apply for a new visa.
Foreigners must obey relative Chinese laws, customs regulations and regulations of financial supervision and regulation department, and go through health quarantine examination and quarantine examination of animals and plants if you take animals, plants and coins into China.
Foreigners must not engage in activities which were not declared during visa application.
Foreigners must not stay in China exceeding the time limit. Foreigners must pay attention to the expiry date of passport and the time of limit of visa. If you need to stay longer, you must ask to postpone your stay at local police office before your stay exceeding the time limit.
Foreigners must not travel in municipalities or counties of China which are not open to them until you are proved by local police office after your application. Otherwise, you are not allowed to enter places which are not open to foreigners. You will be rejected to board plans or enter intro China or be fined under the following circumstances which you should pay attention to and avoid:
You come to China without completing visa application, except for those who are eligible for visa exemption.
You come to China with an expired visa.
Your stay in China exceeds the time limit.
Passport expires during your stay in China, no matter your stay is within the time of limit set in visa or not.

If you decide to apply a business visa, you may need some of the following documents: 1) an official invitation 2) a Visa Application Letter in favor of applicant by hosting organization to Beijing Municipal Administration of Entry & Exit (see the example “Authorized Notification Form for Visa Application” as below).
