The Fulldome Video Discussion Group is a Yahoo group moderated by Ryan Wyatt for members of the planetarium community interested in fulldome video technology. Discussion topics are limited to aspects of the planetarium medium directly related to fulldome imaging, aesthetics, and technology. This group is intended as a supplement to other planetarium discussion groups, including DOME-L and the Digistar Users Group mailing list.

Domebase is "an ongoing effort to create a low-cost digital dome authoring system. The goal of Domebase is to create a community approach to content production for hemispheric projection, in a way that is accessible for informal science education programs and small dome operators in schools and science centers."
